We've already taken a look at the entire Central Park Kit from the Kith "Landmarks" collection, which is my personal favorite of the two, but now we take a look at the Brooklyn Bridge Kit which is not to be slept on either. The Ronnie Fieg x New Balance 850 "Brooklyn Bridge" is the key piece in the Brooklyn Bridge part of the collection. The "Brooklyn Bridge" 850 uses two shades of blue on the upper to imitate the rich view of clouds the Bridge provides, a light blue, microperforated nubuck on the toe, and a dark navy pig skin suede for the quarter panels. The off-white heel is made up of microperforated saddle leather which is used to represent the limestone used during the construction of the bridge. Red, White and Blue hits are used on the tongue and heel to represent the American Flag that flys utop the bridge. A set of custom-printed insoles featuring schematics for the bridge, and a two-tone translucent outsole round out the details used to bring the "Brooklyn Bridge" 850 to life. Similar to the "Central Park" 530, the "Brooklyn Bridge" 850 will be offered with 3 sets of custom laces on this Friday, November 28th for $175 USD.
In addition to the release of the New Balance 850 "Brooklyn Bridge", Kith is set to drop the Kith "Landmarks" apparel collection which offers a few pieces to match each sneaker from the "Landmarks" pack. A few outerwear pieces including the Furman Jacket($200), Jackson Pant($125) and the Ramble Hoody($130) combine with a few graphic tee options($45) and a snapback hat($45), all of which are available to match both the "Brooklyn Bridge" 850, and the "Central Park" 530. All of the pieces in the Kith "Landmarks" collection will be available this Friday, November 28th, in-store at both Kith NYC locations, as well as online at Kith NYC and on the Kith mobile app for iPhone and iPad.
Check out some pictures of entire "Brooklyn Bridge" Kit from the Kith "Landmarks" collection. Let us know what you think of the "Brooklyn Bridge" 850, as well as the entire apparel collection to match. Will you be camped out in line or in front of your computer come Friday morning? I know I will be.
